The challenge
iChoosr had 11 AI leads across functions including Partnerships, Product, Operations, Customer Service, Data, Marketing, and People. Three were comfortable with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, or APIs. Eight were already using ChatGPT or Gemini, but had not connected AI into real workflows. The blocker was not enthusiasm. It was knowing where to start with medium-complexity automations.
The approach

Collected pre-workshop intake from the full cohort to identify real daily bottlenecks, confidence levels, tools, and preferred test data.

Clustered use cases into build tracks around Growth, Partner, Delivery, and Foundation workflows.

Created a SolarGroup case study and Logic Canvas so participants could learn workflow architecture before opening n8n.

Translated the 4S Framework into the client's existing stack: Gemini, n8n, HubSpot, Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace.

Ran a live build sprint with MSP rotating between participants to debug logic, prompts, tool connections, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.

Closed with a 30-day cascade plan so each AI lead had a next workflow, owner, and internal knowledge-transfer path.
The outcome
The workshop moved the team from individual AI usage into shared workflow architecture. Participants used the same 4S language to scope automations, worked through failure modes before touching tooling, and left with practical automation paths they could continue inside iChoosr.
